Got an 18 months temporary promotion covering a maternity leave and i really dont enjoy it lots of blame culture and report writing which i am not enjoying. My old job is still available and i want to go back. Will be in the bad books as the team need someone but i just dont think this job is for me. Been there for 5 weeks. Anyone else ever left a job so soon?
