Please could you share your best/easiest ice cream cake recipes? DD has requested one for her birthday. It'll be in the start of summer so weather will be warm-ish.
I usually bake and ice the cake a day in advance, is this possible for an ice cream cake? All the recipes I've seen online seem to not chill the cake once iced? Is there one I could ice (with whipped cream) and bung in the freezer the day before?
