Just curious really.
When I decide to go to sleep I have a list of things to check before I can actually go to bed.
Including but not limited to
- check all the doors and windows are locked
- turn off the lights except hallway
- make sure cooker is off (even if I haven't used it??)
- check my kids are covered with blankets
Etc etc
I can't imagine just deciding it's bedtime and getting up and walking straight into my room. I wouldn't be able to sleep!!
Does anyone else have a mini bedtime routine of things they HAVE to do before they go to bed or is it just me?
