How do you pronounce it?

Tight-you-luh. I may be wrong though.

Ah. One of each. I have no idea. I tried to say it out loud and both seemed weird.

That was my thought too. Titles rather than tits. But tight-U-lar sounds strange.

Because there's an "r" at the end so is tit-u-lar.
