Gross lump/stye on eyelid.

For the last few days I've had what I think is a stye on my lower eyelid. I've tried hot compresses, magnesium sulphate and various other creams to try do draw it out to squeeze. It's hurts when I blink. I've tried lancing it myself, but am too much of a wimp. I'm considering using a spare finger lance from my sons diabetes supplies.

Any advice is welcome and a gross photo is attached.

Sometimes they are caused y an infection at the base of an eyelash hair, andif you can manage to gently pull out the eyelash the pus gets released. Other than that I would keep on bathing with warm salty water (like ever half hour).

My DD had something similar, though not as big but hurt when blinking. It was a style. Chemist suggested Brolene eye drops 3 x per day and it cleared it right up. She got another one a year or so later and I immediately asked for Brolene and it sorted it out again.

On another note, your eyes are such a beautiful colour OP 😀

Keep going with the hot compresses, that won't last long! Do it at least 3x a day for as long as you can stand.
