What shall I doooo?

I’m compiling a list of all the things/ appointments I want to get done, can you add to it?

Hair cut
Mani and pedicure
Ikea shopping trip
Lunch with friends (my birthday)

What would you do on a week off? I want to make the most of it!

I went to a museum on my own on a random day of AL I had to use up. It was heaven. Would love to do it again.

Also any films you'd like to see in the cinema - they are often quiet during the day.

Listening to music, walks, browsing, reading, cinema, oh gosh so much! Enjoy your time off!

Amazing! Have a bath in the middle of the day eating chocolate with a cup of tea.

Bliss.

Thanks, I’m mainly looking for solitary activities so these are fab! I’m dealing with stress and anxiety and all peopled out at the moment.

Book a night or two at a good, relaxing spa and book yourself a couple of good treatments. Eg a total body deep massage? Facial? Exercises (yoga? Pilates? Zumba?) during the day. Or don't spend the money on a spa and get more treatments locally instead and buy some really nice ready meals (eg from Cook?) so you don't have to make anything from scratch. Watch a good film on Netflix whilst in your PJs.

Go out to a lovely place for breakfast. Plus: Anything at the theatre you'd like to see? Go and book a cheap "theatre menu" dinner first.

Hope you enjoy your "me" time! 🌹

I usually deep clean the house!
And take the dog on nice long walks not involving the playground!

Get some cheap books from the works or do some uninterrupted shopping....
