A little Saturday guilty pleasure

So my toddler slept mostly in own bed last night. Baby was in our bed. Standard.

Baby just woke up though. Have snuck back upstairs for a brew in bed while little ones are downstairs with fiance. Hes in the bad books so....

He is taking them out today as i have boring application to do but the weather isn't great here.

So what are you doing today?

DS with his dad.... I had the chance for a lie in but woke up at 5.30 ! I'll do some housework , leisurely bath and out to run some errands. Popping round to see my mum and having a takeaway together tonight. Rock n roll

I’m currently in bed with a cuppa while DP has taken the kids to tennis. I should be cleaning though Blush.

Will get dd down for a nap when she gets back then this aft I might take them both up to the local little train for a ride. Depends on the weather. Then meatballs for tea and we might start watching Line of Duty when the kids are in bed.

Got up and put some washing on. Eldest DD has swimming lesson at 10.30, then straight from there to dancing. While she is dancing youngest DD and I need to get a couple of bits from Tesco . Not sure this afternoon, prob just homework and pottering around at home.

DH took the DC swimming this morning and let me lie in, also with tea in bed. Highlight of my life nowadays Grin

DH is off to the football today and the weather is grim. May placate children with iPads as I'd like to watch the celebration of Billy McNeill's life.

Dh is at work and I got a nice lie in until 9am as my 15 year old got up with my 4 year old, sorted her breakfast and played with her for a bit. I’m now on the sofa eating biscuits and watching the greatest showman with my 3 girls.

The weather is awful here today, lots of wind and rain so I have no plans to leave the house. I’ll be catching up on the washing, doing a bit of cleaning and just generally slobbing around the house.

Am getting up in a minute, walk dogs, cuppa while i write a shopping list, then Tesco shop. After Spurs game DH & i are going to collect tickets for our hol then get lunch out & a few drinks. Film night together if we stay awake after lunchtime drinking!!

Im supposed to be going out for a birthday party.in another city tonight... but the toddler has accute conjunctivitis and the baby has been up all.night with a fever and bad cough...

My friend will moan about what a shit friend i am and make no effort anymore (child-free and despite being late 30s still.parties like shes 21). Can't wait for the arsey texts off her.

Hubby is also out tonight after work so its all down to me to hold the fort. Joy.

Im buying wine and something nice for my tea Wine

Sausage sarnies and a cuppa for breakfast while watching Winter Soldier.

Food at a Harvester before going to see Endgame later.
I'm so ridiculously excited and I can finally stop hiding on the web from spoilers.

I’m in bed with a coffee now- I didn’t sleep well due to hip pain, but I’ve been up, made breakfast for DH, DD and I, and booked accommodation for a work trip to Italy that DH is going on, where I am accompanying him. Found a lovely little house near Lake Como 😊

Later, I’m going to get my lashes and brows tinted. Then I think DD and I will either do some baking and watch a film, or if the weather improves, we’ll do some work in the garden. I will also make soup.

It’s going to be a gentle day because of the aforementioned troublesome hip.

My OH and I have had a very lazy morning - only got out of bed at about half one. Showered and have had a couple of cups of coffee.

I have had a telephone call with one of my daughters, and now we are planning what to do with the rest of our day. We’ll likely go out to buy a new duvet and pillows for my younger daughter, plus a couple of lamp shades she needs for her flat and one or two ornamental things to make it a little more cosy.

Later we will relax and I might watch some Say Yes to the Dress (guilty pleasure Blush), then we will cook dinner together - probably a Thai seafood soup.

In the evening we will watch a film and have a couple of glasses of wine.
