Bus or cab?

I'm on the train to the station nearest to me, eta 11.30. Do I get a £20 taxi and be home for 11.45 or wait until 00.15 and get the last bus (£5) then walk, arriving home at around 00.45? I have 2 small DC and have to work tomorrow.

At this time of night I'd take a cab.

Well, will depend on you finances, but I would get a cab. No way I'd come home at that time of night, sit in the station for 45mins, then sit on a night bus, then walk and end up getting home an hour later, cold and uncomfortable.
Of course, if you don't have the money, then you don't have the money.

I don't have loads of money, but it won't cripple me, and I kind of begrudge it! It's an airport bus station so there should be somewhere to wait, if that makes any difference.

How about the walk when you get off the bus? Will you feel safe?

Got an uber. £17 and I'm in bed. Score. Night night.

Glad you got home safely. Goodnight.
