I'm currently EBF my 14 week old baby and I tend to start introducing puréed food around 6 months ish.
Can someone give me some advice or point me in the direction where I can find out what to do, what to purée, how much, how warm the food should be etc etc? And when to start on lumpy / proper sold food after puréed?

I had fabulous advice on here when I started with mine 13 years ago! May be parenting board?
Anyway, I did a mix of regular food and puree. When I started, I tried lunch first (As was more with it then, me not her!). Bit of food before lunchtime bottle. Her first food was (steamed then cooled) pear, then things like cooked green beans to chomp on, bit of broccoli, etc. Soft stuff that didn't need much gumming. I used to mash bits of regular food, such as Bolognese, or cottage pie - I took some out of the mix before I added salt and froze them in ice cube trays. Just defrost, then heated till just past room temp. Most of it goes in their hair, the floor etc!! Once she got the hang of gumming and swallowing I tried bits of egg, toast, other fruits and veg.
If dc rejects it once, don't cross it off your list, it takes them several goes to tolerate something. And vary what you give dc as much as possible, it is good to expose them to as much as possible, so don't think there is anything babies can't eat, unless obviously inappropriate, e.g. too salty. Apologies for long post, shall stop now!

I started by introducing porridge for breakfast...box of cow and gate...used lid from sterilised bottle mixed with morning milk.
