Noisy neighbours driving me mad!

Next door have bought a puppy, it’s been barking/howling non stop since I got home from work at 4.30 & it’s driving me mad. I know it’s not the dogs fault but that doesn’t help.
When it’s not the dog the 2 kids are playing football in their living room for hours on end (kicking the ball against our shared living room wall) coupled with screaming & shouting.
When the kids are at their dad’s the woman & boyfriend have sex loud enough for us to hear in every room of our house - this usually starts at about 7pm, which is mice when we’re trying to eat our dinner with our daughter!
They are making our home a miserable place to be & I just wish they would shut up (or move out)

When I was mad with ndn and dog barking I looked for advice online. There are actually templates to print off with spaces for you to write details in of how you ndn is affecting your life! Maybe fill one in and post it. No confrontation needed.
I just shouted to shut that bloody ddog up which seemed to work for me!

No point in shouting they are not in ( and I don’t think the dog will obey!)
A template could be interesting - dear neighbour your overly loud (fake) sex noises are putting me off my pasta, please desist!

I once lived upstairs to a noisey couple. He was called Derrick and she was very loud! I went to school with her a few years previously but we didn't speak.

One night the building was shaking - it wasn't Derrick's super hot technique either.

But a police helicopter that burst into their flat and arrested him for the armed robbery of a local building society!
She was naked screaming for different reasons and he was carted off!! Clothed if I remember!

*meant police burst in not the actual helicopter!

At least they let Derrick put his clothes on!
might report them for armed robbery & hope they get taken away forever
