Absolutely horrific experiences with both candidates I hired through them. Nanny/Housekeeper didn’t want to clean and had a medical condition she lied about in the interview that is lethal to newborn babies. The other candidate, a nanny put our child in scorching water and would leave the baby alone to roam the house and she would eat from his spoon... never ever use this firm! They don’t care at all about customer experience and child safety all they care about is getting their insanely high commission. In addition, they are claiming that I am lying about my experiences. UNACCEPTABLE. Has anyone else had this experience.
