I've woken up this morning and it was like a light bulb switched on.
I'm sick of being overweight ( 3 stone to loose) sick of being un fit, out of breath and achey all the time.
I've gone through my finances and found the money to see a personal trainer once a week.
My first session is on Monday.
Anyone ever used one?
I'm so nervous but determined to get on track with a healthy lifestyle
