It was announced in the media this morning Vauxhall are recalling the Zafira B model for a 3rd time due to fires.
Anyone else feeling increasingly frustrated and feel that Vauxhall have in fact sold them an unsafe car. I bought mine brand new from a Vauxhall dealer, and frankly do not want the car any more. I feel unsafe driving it and having young children I don’t want the car anymore. Does anyone have an understanding of where I stand legally with this? Do Vauxhall have an obligation to by the car back from me at full market value? Ethically I cannot resell it privately.
