6 month old baby with red marks on eyebrows

Wondering if anyone knows of red marks appearing then disappearing on baby eyebrows????

Baby rubbing or scratching their eyebrows? Or bumping their head trying to crawl?

allergies?

Could it be cradle cap? That's sometimes how it starts on eyebrows? I've also seen people say that their baby's eyebrows go red when their baby is over tired!
