I really want a 3rd child. I have worked for my current employer for 6 years and have taken 2 9-month maternity leaves in that time. I also worked part time for a year in the middle.
One of the items on my cons list is feeling guilty for taking another mat leave.
Those of you with 3 children, do you work? Did you get the feeling that your boss was secretly annoyed?
I don't want to cause resentment or ill feeling as I really love my job.
