Can anyone help with gap sizes?

I want to buy a jacket online for an average size 11year old girl and am confused by their size chart. Can anyone help. Is it xl?

Thanks for this. Was that on their website? All I could find was chest measurements, looked everywhere for age conversions.

Gap kids sizes are weird. XS is 4-5, S 6-7,M 8-9 (which is true to size for my slim tall 8 year old) L 10-11, XL 12-13.
If you want a fitted shape then i would go for L. If you wanted growing room then XL.
