Chest pain - When to worry?!

I just had a very odd experience.

My chest all of a sudden hurt to breathe in and felt very tight. Always like it was aching.

It went away after 10 minutes.

I was about to phone 111 in fear my lunch had killed me.

I absolutely love salty things and I had not long eaten a ridiculously salty and vinegary chips.

My first thought was I'd given myself a heart attack through chips 😂

It's funny now but I felt quite scared at the time. When would you usually 'worry' about those types of symptoms?

NHS online seem to think it's fine for now.
