Over indulged and now feel like crap

DH & I are off work for 10 days. The plan was to take it easy over Easter then go out for days out this week. However too much chocolate, wine and late nights over Easter has left me feeling lethargic and looking like shit so now I can't be bothered to do anything. How can I make myself feel better so I can enjoy the rest of the week?

This is me!!! I’ve been an utter pig! Drank far too much and look like shite.

I’ve been back on my diet mill shakes today and can slowly see my bloat go down. Drank shit loads of water.

Tomorow I will start to feel better!

Drink loads of water and go for a long brisk walk. Have something healthy to eat, a nice bath, a good sleep and start over tomorrow.

Exactly the same here. Had an awful 10 days or so. Way too much wine, Easter eggs, late nights and general unhealthy. Weighted myself this morning, 9lb on.

Get out for a walk, drink lots of water, have no alcohol or sugar today and eat lots of veg.
If you do that for a couple of days, you’ll start to feel good again.

Me too. I feel toxified! Back at work today so back in routine, gallons of water, a sensible diet and an early night tonight. We'll all be as good as new tomorrow!

Thanks everyone. No chocolate or wine today. Couldn't face going out but planning a walk tomorrow. Long hot shower later and early night. Hopefully will feel human again within a couple of days. Had such good intentions until holiday mode kicked in Angry
