It’s certainly unusual to see houses for sale pictured with everyday mess, but I actually think it adds some reality and ‘texture’: we all know that if we owned that place it would have some or more of that clutter and neglect now and again.

It’s hardly a house of horrors.

I wish I could buy it.

Makes me think it's currently a rental and the owner is selling but the tenants haven't moved out yet.
