Spasms? Post c section two year ago.

So looking to find out if anyone else ever had this... I had an emergency C-section 2 years ago. I have now in the last year suffered from weird spasm feelings just above my scar. Feels like a baby kicking. Definitely not pregnant tho so really don't know what this is.... Anyone else have this?

I felt 'phantom kicks' between my pregnancies. I think it was wind. It was unsettling how exactly like a baby it felt, though.

I felt spasms and fluttering, I read that it's just the scar tissue! Weird feeling though!
