Probably the most boring thread ever.... We've got a relatively new Indesit washing machine (BWE91494) and for the first time I am trying to use the stain remover setting. There is a button on the top right, but when I press it, it beeps three times. The manual suggests that this means the stain remover setting isn't compatible with the particular cycle that I've chosen. But I've tried to set it with all of the different cycles. What am I doing wrong?!
Just had an online chat with someone at Indesit and they suggested calling an engineer, which I am reluctant to do since I've never used this setting before and I think it is more likely to be user error and I don't want a big call out fee just to be embarrassed by an engineer telling me that the machine is perfectly fine
