Following on from a thread about sick bugs in the workplace and school I was wondering how you try to avoid illness?
I have emetophobia (like many others on here I've found!) so sick bugs are my worst fear😅
I always practice good hand washing when I eat/prep food, wipe down surfaces in kitchen and use hand gel when out and about.
I take a multivitamin daily and try to drink lots of water, eat healthy foods etc.
I work and study from home now so I'm not normally exposed to workplace germs and I don't have children either.
I've recently just got over a 3 week flu stint which sucked, caught from my DP.
I haven't had a sick bug for about 2 years now thankfully and that was when I was in a school so that's probably where I caught it.
