Heat exhaustion or food poisoning?

Dp has been to the toilet 27 times since 7pm last night.
He is very unwell.
We went for a walk yesterday and we had a take out.
His symptoms started 3 hours after both.
The thing is I'm not sure what he has as both symptoms are pretty much the same.
Any advice please?

Plenty of fluids and I would call 111 for medical advice. Hope he feels better soon.

Most times the exact diagnosis / cause doesn't matter. Just make sure he's taking fluids - even tiny but regular sips will help

Sounds excessive for heat exhaustion.
If he's very unwell then you should call 111 for a full assessment.
