Looks like athletes foot. I’d try an anti fungal cream (I’m a podiatrist)

It looks pretty minor so the cream should sort it out :)

I threw caution to the wind and slapped on some hydrocortisone cream I found in the bathroom cabinet. The itching has gone completely, for now. I'll get something proper from a chemist on Tuesday. Thanks again.
