We got back of holiday in the early hours of Friday morning after a long flight. While we were away my boss messaged me inviting me us to her daughters birthday on Saturday just gone and I said yes
Got to about five hours ago and realised we totally forgot the party yesterday.
I have messaged her with a huge apology saying I have no excuses I forgot and am so so sorry and we do have a gift for the birthday girl and also a gift for her son that my DS got him on holiday. I have had no reply. I can’t believe I forgot feel so shit about it but all I can do is apologise
