Just for fun: what would you choose as your last meal?

Mine would probably be pizza and chips, or veggie lasagne and chips. Followed by crumble and custard or sticky toffee pudding and custard or maybe vanilla ice cream. Hell, I wonder if you could have breakfast, lunch and dinner to get all your favourites in?

Thread change:

What would be your last breakfast, lunch, and dinner, including drinks.

Breakfast: fried potato buttie, cup of tea, orange juice

Lunch: pizza and chips, crumble and custard. Mountain Dew

Dinner: veggie lasagne and chips; sticky toffee pudding and ice cream. Rosé wine.

Fried potato butty? For breakfast?
What is that?

Motheroffeminists · 21/04/2019 18:28

It's left over mash potato. You heat it up in a frying pan with a little butter and form it into a pattie once pliable then cook until golden brown on each side (flip over once one side is brown). It's best on white sliced bread with plenty of salt. You can't use mash you've just made. It has to be fried from chilled. Food of the gods.

Blue fillet steak, at least an inch thick and 28 day aged minimum. Triple cooked chips, slow fried Field mushroom studded with garlic, iceberg wedge with garlic mayonnaise and Parmesan shavings on top. A beautiful bottle of Shiraz, which I would drink all of, because hey, no hangover. Followed by a rich chocolate pot with a side of chantilly cream, and a huge cappuccino. I’d be in heaven before I was dead...

I’m afraid the thought of imminent death, with it being my last meal, would rather suppress my appetite Sad

TooGood2BeFalse · 21/04/2019 19:04

Indiab- chicken korma, rice, naan, samosas, bhajiis, chutneys, poppadoms and a litre of Smirnoff to supress my nerves Grin

Toasted bagel with crunchy peanut butter and strawberry jam.

For breakfast I'd have pancakes with syrup and a thick vanilla milkshake.
Lunch would be a McDonalds big Mac meal with a coke.
Tea would be a nice slow cooked lamb dinner with all the trimmings and chocolate fudge cake with icecream for afters.

Breakfast - eggs Benedict , or scrambled egg - very soft -with bacon and maple syrup
Lunch - bloody good cheese and my mother in law's chutney
Dinner - Chateaubriand with Bernaise sauce and wedgie chips. And the most expensive bottle of red wine the prison can afford.
I love red wine but it gives me a dreadful hangover, but in this case that is not a worry

BreakfastAtSquiffanys · 21/04/2019 19:13

And sticky toffee pudding

JustBeingJobless · 21/04/2019 19:20

Dessert - melt in the middle chocolate pudding with Haagen Daaz vanilla ice cream.
