My daughter is 40 weeks pregnant so due any time, she has the midwife today and they are going to do a sweep what are the chances of her going into labour? And should I have an afternoon nap?

Yep, if you have the opportunity to have a nap, have one! Always. I've had at least one every day of the long weekend and would every day if I didn't have to go to work.
