Why do I have so many wasps?

And what can I do about them?

Bedroom windows overlook the garden and we've had 2 wasps coming through the windows today already plus quite a few yesterday. What can I do to keep them out or stop attracting them to my house/garden? Thank you!

We have had a Waspinator hanging in the garden for about 3 years now. We used to be plagued by wasps but they are a lot less now, so whether it’s working or the nest has moved I’m not sure.

We had four large wasps in the house a couple of days ago so I’m also searching for a solution as I’m terrified of them.

Have a good look around your garden and the outside of your home to look for a nest too.

Sounds like you have a nest nearby. Find it and kill it with fire Google local pest controllers to come and squirt powdery poison at them. The council will do it but (a) will probably charge, so no saving, and (b) may not be as flexible regarding dates and times.

I had a wasps' nest in a hole under a big plant in my garden. They were dead the following evening, thanks to a nice man with a spray gun. I know they're part of the rich tapestry of life etc etc but they're nasty little fuckers and I'd be obliged if they'd stay well away from me.
