Recommends for wheelie bin locks

Has anyone got a decent wheelie bin lock they can recommend? I've just been to the bin and some CF has put crappy none recycle stuff in my recycling bin.
It was right at the bottom as well so it's been a struggle to get it out.

Just sick of the shitty neighbour taking the piss so need something that they can't get past.
I checked out Amazon but there's not any solid recommends that I could see on there.

This one requires no drilling, gluing, etc.

This one requires 2 small drilled holes.

Avoid some of the strap type ones as they still allow other people to open them.

Thanks MsM have you got these ones on your bins?

I've seen pics of some bins with just a padlock on - I'm
thinking I need to buy a drill anyway and the cost of a couple of
padlocks might work out cheaper in the long run.

Grrr, wish I could catch the CF in the act I could drill him/her some new body piercings

I have the one in the 2nd link - works well, easy to install.
