Job Interview with the NHS

Dd has an upcoming interview with the NHS next week for a call centre job. The email states that immediately prior to the interview there will be " assessments " but it does not specify what they are. Does this mean written assessments, role play, group work?

Unfortunately with it being a bank holiday weekend she cannot contact HR to ask and her interview is first thing Tuesday morning so she is now panicking that she will not be able to prepare properly.

Can anybody help please who may have had recent experience?

If its a call centre role I'd imagine a task on prioritising jobs and reasons why she's chosen that order. Possibly a scenario based question.

In preparation, get her to focus on why she wants the job and what skills she has to fulfil the role.

I work for the nhs but not in that type of service. Hope it goes well.

Tell her to read the NHS constitution and NHS values. And if the trust she is applying to has it's own values, read these. I've interviewed for NHS roles, and there is usually a question about this.

When I had an interview it was an admin role and I had to do basic admin tasks for my assessment. I.e using word and excel

I’ve always had to do basic maths and English tests pre interview
