Tonsillitis

I’ve picked up what I think is tonsillitis on holiday.

Only one patch of tonsil is red but it has a white patch in it. It’s a bit sore but ok and I have no temp so far.

Any miracle cures you can recommend.

I’m allergic to antibiotics so I like to avoid doctors if I can.

I have gargled with pyroxyl and I have a colloidal silver spray here with me.

Best thing you can do is warm salt water gargles, every couple of hoursZ you might have caught it early enough to fight it off. My GP recommends this. I get tonsillitis a lot and this always helps
