Midwifery bursarys scotland

Right, not sure where to put this, and i know its late at night but does anyone know if it's possible to recieve a second batch of funding for midwifery course?

I know my question will not be popular with some - why should the government fund someone for a course when they've failed first time ? I get that. Multitude of reasons why I wasnt able to complete first time round but now I am a completley different person to what I was 15 years ago.

If i had started a degree and dropped out e.g. social sciences I would still be eligible to do midwifery, I'm just not sure if it can be done the other way.

The student loans company? Hasn't NHS funding for health courses been removed entirely?
