What is this rash on baby's tummy?

He's not unwell and it doesn't bother him but he's had it a few days now

My son had similar it was from his measles vaccine.

Has he had any vaccinations recently, started any new medication, have you started using any new products at all? Have you introduced any new foods? Have you bought any new clothes for him & put them straight on him? (DD once reacted to something on an item of clothing purchased in an emergency which we didn't have time to wash before wearing, she developed a rash which took a few days to disappear. It literally only happened once so we have no idea what chemical she reacted to.)

Not changed washing powder but I did put him in something without washing it first. That was a few days ago though and it's not cleared up..
