House rerendered - how much disruption?

My (rented) flat has substantial problems with damp because the render has failed and needs to be taken off and completely replaced, which the landlord is planning to do.

Has anyone had this done? I'd like to know how much disruption to anticipate - I'm particularly concerned about noise (the dog is a bit neurotic) and dust (I've got a veg patch going in the back garden, and I don't want my dinner covered with building dust).

It's a three storey end of terrace, in terms of scale.

No help here (sorry) but my block of flats is due to be rendered soon and judging by the length of time it took them to complete another, nearby, block, I'm not looking forward to it. Took them two years Grin. I'm sure it won't take them that long to do your house.

Hope someone is along soon to be of more use!
