Is it possible to fix the catch on a roller blind?

Or is this going to cost me a fortune. My flatmate has broke the piece that the chain slots on to its completely come out of the blind in two pieces. Im gutted as they are made to measure as the window is massive. She denies pulling them to hard. Im not involving the LL as i bought them personally althiugh the LL’s handyman put them up. How do I repair the roller mechanism? They are from Blinds2Go january 2018 is it worth ringing them?

Get in touch with the manufacturer. They should be able to supply a new part. Hopefully free of charge

Just a thought is it the round cog that's broken? They are easily replaced. They are designed to pull out with a little force as an anti strangulation design. Really easy to slip a new one in but would ask from your supplier as all slightly different in size
