IPhone 7 or 7+

I'm going to get my DS an iPhone and will probably get the 7. Does anyone have a 7+ and regret it due to it being too big? Thanks

I have both. The iPhone 7 Plus is better for me size wise but impractical for slipping in pockets etc.

I loved it but then did an update and when it came back on it wanted a six digit passcode. I’ve only ever used a four digit passcode so I’m now locked out of it. I’ve tried all sorts of combinations but none work. I bought the phone outright so I’ve lost the money!

So, I bought an iPhone 7 as it was a bit cheaper and just have the settings to a larger typeface!

It’s much easier to carry about and a more practical size in my opinion.

But I miss my big screen 7plus when watching YouTube films.

My DS specifically wanted an SE so it would fit better in his pockets than either a 7 or 7+. DH has a 6+ and its huge, I'd hate it.

I used to have a 7+ and I much preferred it!

I had an iphone 6 (small one) and got a 7+ last year. It took a bit of getting used to but now I much prefer the size of the + version.

@FiremanKing do you mean you don't use it as you're locked out? You can reset your phone.

It can’t be reset as I never used iTunes so if plugged in to a computer I still can’t reset it. Even with proof of ownership Apple won’t help me unlock it.

It’s annoying as I have had iPhones for years and only ever use the same four digit password so don’t know why after it started up after an update it wanted a six digit password. Every now and then I try a number but it times out for hours and eventually it will time out completely.

iPhone 7 Plus.
I’ve got the 7 now.

Never has the 6’s but had an SE for a short time and before that a 5s.

@FiremanKing doesn't matter if you've never backed it up. You can do a restore, you just lose whatever data is on the phone. Which you've lost anyway! When you get to step 5 you just choose restore.

And once you're in you can change the option for 6 number passcode to 4, in the settings.
