We've been away already so we're staying at home. I'll hide some chocolate eggs for the kids to find and we have pet bunnies to play with. DH will take DCs out to the zoo as I'm not well. Will probably cook a simple roast.

How about you?

Well it's supposed to be a super hot weekend. Our plans so far
Friday, dh is taking the four younger dc to a science museum- he doesn't actually know he's doing this without me yet but I've decided I would rather potter in my garden in peace. I will tell him tomorrow 😀
Saturday we are spending the day at the beach.
Sunday we will have an egg hunt and big dinner.
Monday is eldest ds 19th birthday so we are going out to a restaurant of his choice.
Tuesday I was planning a blitz on the house as it's a tip after the holiday but I realised today that it's an inset day for three of my dc so will take them to a local ice-cream parlour.

Hmm maybe roast isn't a great idea then if it will be hot this weekend! Nice to be able to sit in the garden 🌞

Crewing at a gig. Then recovering from said gig.

So, pretty much the same as I do for my day job. Just better paid

Making sushi with the family on Friday afternoon, going to the Good Friday evening service at church in the next village, spending Saturday out at the beach or walking the local bluebell woods, followed by dinner at our favourite Indian restaurant. Easter morning breakfast of hot cross buns and Buck’s Fizz, Easter service at our own village church, rolling our eggs down the aisle with the Sunday school kids, home to eat chocolate eggs, then a walk in the hills while the lamb roasts in the oven for a big family dinner.
If we could only get up early enough, our minister holds a wonderful early morning extra Easter service outdoors on a hilltop above the village, but it would be like herding cats, getting my adult kids up for that!
