Competency based application forms

I'm applying for a job at a local university and the application form is used to assess who to invite to interview. I've given an example for each of the competencies on the super-long requirements list, but not gone into masses of detail as it needs to be remain a certain length. Is one example enough or should I be approaching this differently? Thanks!

Bullet point your answers under each requirement. No bosses want to read masses of a personal statement they want to tick that you hit the requirements then ask to interview. I work as technical support in universities and worked in 4 of them and that's how a friend in HR at a uni told me to do them. Good luck!
