Hello all

Again some help needed
Please !!

Keto day 6 and half a stone off so far
Got lots to lose

So far !!!

Eggs , tomatoes and small amount of beans for breakfast (love this )

Lunch mince
Chicken and veg

Dinner usually burger or huge salad not much dressing

Olives cheeses as snacks
Any tips please add them

Lots of water helps
Got some lovely herbal tea
First three days UTTER HELL
Keto flu knocked me for 6 but I need to keep at it this time

Looks more like Atkins than Keto. You are eating a lot of protein and not so much fat. More water, more fat helps to reduce keto flu symptoms.

Miss out the beans for breakfast. You will not be in keto if you are eating beans.
Add butter to your veg at lunchtime
Dinner, add olive oil to your salad, and add mayonnaise

If you're eating enough fat and protein and getting most of your carbs from good veg then you shouldn't need snacks (although if you need them psychologically then cheese / olives are good)

I personally think that the calorie deficit and loss of water is what is causing your weight loss, and think that keto is utter bullshit.

But one of my friends who is keto says you have to add salt to food to counteract the keto flu.

Also - thought small amount of carbs ok on Keto (especially at breakfast)

Almonds/small handful of nuts. Check the packet though as some nuts, eg cashews, are much higher in carbs.
