Keto day 6 and half a stone off so far
Got lots to lose
So far !!!
Eggs , tomatoes and small amount of beans for breakfast (love this )
Lunch mince
Chicken and veg
Dinner usually burger or huge salad not much dressing
Olives cheeses as snacks
Any tips please add them
Lots of water helps
Got some lovely herbal tea
First three days UTTER HELL
Keto flu knocked me for 6 but I need to keep at it this time
