Spring cleaning and sunshine showing everything up.

Oh joy, the dogs have added moulting to the mud they throw around after walks. I have been cleaning all week and still I can see dust, dog hair, etc. everywhere. Have noticed cobwebs on pictures, am coughing with all the cleaning and dusting. It is not that I am a lazy mare I do clean through everywhere, it is that on sunny days no matter how much I do I still spot smears, dusty motes everywhere.

I tbh feel the same except I haven't been doing a huge amount of cleaning but there is me , husband and an18 year old and dog in house . Son visits as and when he can . My house no matter how much I tidy or polish or vacuum always looks like a tip . I'm trying decluttering and it helps but I'm at a loss and feel depressed about it all . Any tips

As soon as I've vacuumed my fluffy cat just sheds more hairs & kicks more litter about, plus it sticks to her fur & drops off randomly!

I stupidly put cream carpet in the bedroom & my cat loves my bedroom.

Part of the joy of having pets!

I never realized how dirty and smudgy cat's paws are.

On the other hand - everything that is not a health hazard or causes structural damage to things does not need to be cleaned, as DH informed me when he saw me going down on my knees to clean the skirting boards.
He was absolutely shocked at what women were taught was necessary work.
So I no longer do and enjoy the sun.

Prob that made me laugh . My mum had the cleanest skirting boards as she would get me to clean them regularly. Mine lucky to get a vacuum now and then .
