Can I get the bank to cancel this?

NOWTV hasn't gone out for months yet went out today, it appears. I didn't want it to, I don't use nowTV anymore.

Except it's still under "pending transactions" on my bank account - can the bank reverse that? If so, I'll nip down now...

Is te payment authorised or not? Have you cancelled your NowTV subscription?

You'll need to do a debit card dispute, but it'll need to actually debit your account first. And you should be able to do this online.
Your bank might ask you to make sure the subscription is cancelled and any future transactions to the same recipient would be blocked as part of the process.

You can call now tv for the authorisation code and ask tell them you want to cancel the payment for the transaction and call the bank with it and they can reverse it under the proviso that it doesn’t stop them actually taking the payment again later.

You do need to get on to nowtv and find out why they are taking it before you do anything or they may just keep taking it.

Nipped to bank - once it goes out they will dispute it, and when I'm home I'll have Stern Words with NowTV.

Thanks everyone Smile
