Asda for me, never see anything i like in Morrison's, don't go to Sainburys

GreenEggsHamandChips · 17/04/2019 12:33

None of them these days. Rarely have cheap but reasonable basics, in fact really can garentee to have much. Primark for me

MyPatronusIsAnOrca · 17/04/2019 12:44

Out of the 3 you’ve mentioned; I’d go for Sainsbury’s. I’ve got a few cardigans and jumpers that are still going strong from a couple of years ago.

I think they have their 25% off promotion on at the moment.

rosydreams · 17/04/2019 12:50

sainburys have nice clothes and good quality plus they have a 25% off all clothes every few months

formerbabe · 17/04/2019 13:29

Sainsbury's especially when it has the 25% off weekends

HilaryBriss · 17/04/2019 14:19

Sainsbury's for me (25% off is on at the moment), Asda are not bad but I don't live near one and I didn't even know Morrisons sold clothes!

BearSoFair · 17/04/2019 14:24

Asda for me, they usually have decent jeans and I'm wearing a top from there today. Sainsburys I find that sleeves usually come up a bit short, and we don't have a local Morrisons so have never tried there.

keepingbees · 17/04/2019 14:32

I don't like Morrison's clothes, there's very little choice. Their kids clothes are great though! Sainsbury's are the nicest style but quite expensive for supermarket clothes. Asda is the cheapest with the biggest choice. Their jeans are ok but I find their tops quite short and they don't always wash too well.

Morgan12 · 17/04/2019 14:38

Is Tesco not an option? They have the best clothes by far.

Catchingbentcoppers · 17/04/2019 15:01

I've never seen anything in Sainsburys that doesn't look like my nan would wear it. Tesco have some ok stuff.

Happynow001 · 17/04/2019 15:03

Sainsbury's
Matalan

sanityisamyth · 17/04/2019 15:06

Asda. I found the Sainsbury's ones were always on the small side for massive DS

poorbuthappy · 17/04/2019 15:07

Tescos.

Fstar · 17/04/2019 15:11

Tried all, asda is my fav, last for years

tierraJ · 17/04/2019 15:40

Tesco has decent jeans.

Squiff70 · 17/04/2019 15:49

I find a lot of George's (Asda) clothes very frumpy and aimed at older women. Nothing wrong with that at all but they don't seem to cater for every age range.

Tesco is my favourite out of the supermarkets for clothes. Got this nice floral top there last Summer and looking forward to wearing it again this Summer.

TheFlis12345 · 17/04/2019 15:52

Tesco by far. Some of my most complimented clothes of all time are F&F, a lady once chased me down the street to ask where a pair of their trousers were from!

stucknoue · 17/04/2019 16:09

Sainsbury's tends to be slightly better but all of them have decent stuff sometimes

RogueV · 17/04/2019 16:10

Asda quality is awful
Sainsbury’s on the other hand are fantastic
Morrison’a kids clothes are good

BobbinThreadbare123 · 17/04/2019 16:27

Tesco are overpriced for the fabrics and quality of the items
Asda are cheap and cheerful but stuff hasn't lasted long
Sainsbury's are great, especially if you do the sale or the 25% off
Don't know Morrisons stuff

HoraceCope · 17/04/2019 16:29

i have a complete hate of polyester.

madeyemoodysmum · 17/04/2019 16:44

Sainsbos

MrsDeltaB · 17/04/2019 17:08

I'm finding more and more that Tesco clothes smell! Ours has got to the point I smell it in that department. Jeans in particular take three or four washes for me, also bought a belt and it reeks!

Dye maybe but as I'm normally in Tesco most days it's just become convenient but am really thinking of looking elsewhere.

happyhillock · 17/04/2019 17:20

I've got 3 long cardigan's from asda i bought 2 years ago, they all wash well,
t-shirts to, i never put cardigan's and t-shirts in the tumble dryer, clothes last longer.

puppy23 · 17/04/2019 17:39

Never seen Morrison's clothes. Most of TU's aren't really my cup of tea but you can find the odd gem - as PP said they've got 25% off until Monday I think. I find F&F in Tesco usually have some gems and you can get some really cheap goodies in the sale.
