I’ve just dug up someone’s wedding ring in the garden!

I don’t think it’s particularly old, I’ve lived here for 10 years.

Previous owner died. Not sure what to do with it! It’s huge on me and not my style at all!

Charity shop? It doesn’t have any hallmarks so I’m not sure it’s particularly worth much

The neighbour two doors down flung his hands up at his wife in disgust at something she said. His ring flewoff. He searched for days but couldn't find it.5 years later, the neighbour next door was on his flat roof for some reason and found the ring. Other neighbour was telling him the anecdote one day, including a description. It was still on their kitchen windowsill.
