Another "where are my keys?!" Thread

Hello, I would love some help please!
My husband took my daughter out in the car on Sunday, he took my car keys to move the car seat over, and my keys haven't been seen since!

We have checked:
Cars
Driveway
Toy boxes and any toy with a hidden hidey hole
Coat pockets
Porch all rooms where we think he went
Babies nappy bag

Any advice? We have no pets who could have moved them.

Jeans pockets (perhaps the washing machine)?

Or maybe the kids hid them somewhere - under the sofa? My DD used to hide things under our bed and in our bedside cabinet. I lost my glasses a fair few times

Under the car seat padding?

Inside a shoe? Under the car seat that you moved?

We have checked both cars thoroughly, both have checked each other's cars. Upended the shoes in the porch and the house. I fear they have gone for good! We live in the country and no one around for miles so no one would have taken them if they had dropped outside. So odd. 😩

On top of the car and then driven off so look further down the lane especially when you come to a bend.

I think I would have put the keys in the seat naturally whilst moving the seat.
