I want to make our family a bit more environmentally friendly, can you let me know what things you do at home to make a difference?
Ive just ordered some reusable straws,
Some silicone wraps for food ( to stop using clingfilm)...
We recycle quite alot, but i think we could do more.
We are already a 1 car family.

What other things can do we easily and cheaply?

Take water bottles etc with you when you go out.

on that note..
does anyone have a recommendation for a reusable coffee cup? preferably one that squishes down?

I’d like to do more too.
We recycle,
We use bars of soap rather than liquid
We take drinks in water bottles with us
We don’t use clingfilm either. Just parchment or use Tupperware.
We compost and have tried to make our garden attractive to bees and birds. We need a good ecosystem.

Think about how much you use/do. People on here talk about using at least one bottle of shower gel per person per week, washing clothes and towels after one wear/use or using the tumble dryer as a matter of course instead of line drying when the weather is suitable.

All ridiculously wasteful, don't be that person.
