Photos on eBay and Facebook selling posts..

Recently while browsing eBay and Facebook Marketplace, I've noticed people advertising something, description matches the item and price seems reasonable.

But in the photos they have a piece of paper giving a name (sometimes more than 1) and a date.

Anyone know what this means?? Is it some kind of secret code or something?? ConfusedConfusedConfused

Some pages ask sellers to do that to stop other people using the same photos for items they don't have. So apparently reduces scammers.

Don't know if I've explained that very well!

It's to prove they really have the item and aren't a scammer using someone else's photo
