swapping Like for I Know Righ

anyone ekses reen say this?

I'm fairly pleased she's stopped using "Like" as verbal punctuation.

They don't mean the same thing so it's not a swap. IKR comes more as an agreement, whereas 'like' tends to get used as a spoken comma. If someone is replacing 'like' with 'IKR' they will make zero sense.
