Fart Virus? (Possible TMI)

I hope someone, anyone, can tell me if there's a virus going around causing tummy ache, pooing but mainly excess farting? DH had it and I thought he's eaten something off...again. Except, now our DC won't sleep and is farting like a trooper (no poop today but yesterday was another story)

🤣 I'm not even joking, I have had the serious farts for days, I dunno what's going on, but I wish it would stop! No tummy ache, although I've had to get up at 4 am for poos the last two mornings.

Ah, so possibly?! I know there's D&V going around but not heard of this. I never knew toddlers could make a whole human stink smell too, my home wreaks, never had anything smell so bad! I've had to arm myself with the Dettol disinfectant spray like there's some sort of zombie apocalypse at the moment and got a blob of Vick's on my nose

Try cutting out sugar. I've found it to help when similarly affected in the past.
