Edinburgh cafes and restaurants- with kids

Any recommendations please? We’re foodies but will have two small DCs with us, so may be asking the impossible!

We’re staying in the New Town but will also be visiting the Old Town and the Castle

The Rabbit Hole in Marchmont has lovely food and has a small children's menu. Grown up dining with kids.

Not sure if Tom Kitchin's pubs offer children's menus? There's one in Stockbridge and one in Bruntsfield.

I haven't eaten there for a while but The Cellar Door on George IV Bridge has a children's menu, and was pretty good.

Dh 2 dcs and I enjoyed brunch at the Elephant Cafe, our Potter mad dd chose it.
