I have literally just bought it, about six days ago, and I have had three email requests for a review. I haven't even travelled, let alone made a claim, wtf do they think I'm going to base a review on?
Also, have just renewed my house insurance, which took flipping ages over the phone but at least did result in a significant premium reduction. Today I had a 'courtesy phone call', IMO courtesy would be not phoning me. I don't know why, possibly to try to flog me car/travel/gadget/other insurance, I was walking out the door and the dog was barking so I said I couldn't talk and he said he'd phone back. Well he can if he wants, I've saved the phone number as 'insurance sales - don't answer'.
I may be feeling a little grumpy today, but my temper is much improved for releasing that bit of bile.
